1. How do I care for the items that are considered art pieces?
Some of the garments at NARMA are at the intersection of Fine Arts and Fashion, where certain pieces are considered works of art themselves. For these particular items, we don’t suggest washing or dry cleaning in order to preserve the garment’s structure and the nature of the fabrics. All care instructions are provided on the labels, but don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions on materials and how to care for your garments.
2. What forms of payment do you accept?
Following your order we will send you an invoice payable by bank transfer.
3. Can I make changes to an order that I’ve already placed?
Once your order has been placed and measurements taken, it’s unlikely you’ll be able to make any big changes as the creation process will have already begun. If you realise you’ve made a mistake after placing your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so that we may try to amend your order. We cannot guarantee changes can be made, but we will do our very best to ensure you’re happy with your order.
4. Can I return online purchases to your studio location?
Online items that are not made-to-measure for the individual may be returned at our studio location as long as the item is unused, unwashed, with all tags attached and in its original condition. Please make sure to bring your receipt as proof of purchase. Our standard returns policy is 28 days from date of purchase.
5. How long does my return and refund take?
Returns are processed and refunded within 3 - 7 working days after the item has reached our studio, upon which you will receive a return confirmation email. If you have not received an email after 10 days, please contact our customer service.
